Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order is dispatched, whichever occurs earlier.

• Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or phone with your order number and contact details.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product.

• The product delivered is incorrect or different from what you ordered.

• The product is not delivered within the committed timeframe, except for delays caused by logistics issues, weather, or unavoidable circumstances.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling by the customer.

• Minor variations in color, aroma, or texture, as natural Ayurvedic powders may vary seasonally.

• Opened, used, or tampered products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

• Perishable or consumable products once the seal is broken.

• Items marked “non-returnable” or “final sale” at the time of purchase.

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Refund timelines for UPI, wallets, or third-party payment gateways may vary depending on their policies.

• If applicable, partial refunds will be issued after deducting shipping or processing charges.

Return Procedure

If your order qualifies for a return or replacement:

1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label for verification.

3. Ensure the product is unused, sealed, and returned with its original packaging and invoice/proof of purchase.

4. Our team will guide you through the return pickup or replacement process.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Consumable Ayurvedic powders once opened

• Products that have been used or tampered with

• Items purchased during clearance/discount sales

• Products marked as non-returnable on the website

• Customized or special-order items (if applicable)
